A final clean deals with what a build leaves behind: fine drywall dust in every seam, paint and adhesive on the glass, sticker residue, and debris the trades did not carry out. Here is the scope we cover.
Debris & haul-off
We clear leftover materials, offcuts, packaging, and jobsite trash so the space finally reads finished instead of half-built.
Fine dust removal
HEPA vacuum and hand-wipe of every surface where construction dust settles: vents, tops of doors, trim, ledges, and inside cabinets.
Paint, caulk & adhesive
Overspray, tape residue, grout haze, and joint-compound splatter scraped clean off floors, glass, and hardware without scratching the finish.
Window & track detail
Glass, frames, sills, and sliding tracks cleared of film, stickers, and grit so the daylight the design promised actually comes through.
Fixture & finish polish
Cabinets, counters, appliances, light fixtures, and hardware wiped, degreased, and detailed until they photograph as clean as they are.
Floors & move-in handoff
Vacuum, mop, and a final pass on the floors so the client, buyer, or tenant walks into a space that is genuinely move-in ready.
